CLUBMAKER PROVES HIS POINT

Mick Wittering who makes his own clubs, carried all before him on our tour to Pattaya during the first week of July.
The “Gentleman’s Outing”, was a huge success 39 met at the Vintage Club on 7th and we played also at Laem Chabang and Bangpra on the 8th and 9th. Returning home on the Thursday evening.
Once again we were blessed by the presence of the Warrington S_ _ g _ _ s, this time seven of them plus of course their resident agent Kevin and the Swedish equivelent of S_ _ g _ _ s, thank you Mickey, Ron, Frank, Albert, Phil, Scott and Mick, also Kjell, Anders and not forgetting the legend from Sweden Bartil.

Singha Hua Hin / Cha Am Golf Festival Tee Up's in August

Together with the Tourism Authority of Thailand, The Hua Hin / Cha Am Tourist Association, the Hua Hin / Cha Am Golf Course Association, and the Hua Hin Hoteliers Club launch the 2nd Annual Hua Hin - Cha Am Golf Festival 2003.
The region’s championship golf course promote the destination for golf with a discounted player fee for the whole month of August. There are special room rates at the hotels taking part.
The grand opening ceremony on the 1st of August takes place at the airport with a long drive competition, followed by a reception in the airport lobby.
There will be a chance to win a car, and the Hua Hin Youth Educational Scholarship Foundation will benefit through the charity efforts at this year’s festival.
The Grand Final is the Corporate Team's Scramble on the 29th and 30th of August featuring a 2 day scramble followed by a Golfers Charity Ball and Dinner on Saturday the 30th at the Mandara Gardens located at the Hua Hin Marriott Resort & Spa. 72 teams can register for this year's event. Benefiting the Youth Educational Scholarship Foundation.
